I just can’t get over the fact that Christopher Nolan was snubbed by the Academy.  Inception was the most exciting and breathtaking film of the year.  And that is a result of Nolan.  He created it.  And in doing so, changed the game.  Inception is a game-changer.  Sure, Social Network, The Fighter and True Grit are really good, but did the directors change the game?  No.  The category is “Best Director” and that distinction, in my mind, belongs to Nolan.  That’s my two cents on that.
